Here You will find a short information, about „Gods of War – Napoleon” wargaming rules.
„Gods of War – Napoleon” is a historical wargame set in a period of Napoleonic wars in Europe. Its main aim is to make good historical reproduction of Napoleonic rules of warfare, so the players can feel like a real generals of the era. It focuses on importance of orders and behavior of subordinate generals. CinC can make complicated and brilliant plans, but the big question is – will your generals understand or ruin your strategy?
The complete rulebook had premiere in April 2015, in Poland. First version was published in Polish, but we would like to publish an English version by the end of 2017.
One base is one battalion of infantry, two squadrons of artillery or one battery of cannons. Basic single unit is regiment or brigade (depends in which army). In small game player take command of division of infantry with additional cavalry and artillery. In bigger game players take command of entire corps or even army. 1cm = 33 meters, one turn is 30 minutes.

The rules are easy to learn, but hard to master.
